Bradley is the heart and drive behind Bradley Nations and Sons Property Services. What began in 2008 with just a mower, a weed eater, and a tiny trailer has grown into a thriving, multi-state operation built on hard work, integrity, and family values. From day one, Bradley’s vision was clear — to create something lasting that he could one day hand down to his children.
With over 25 years of experience in emergency services, most recently serving as a Fire Captain, Bradley developed the leadership, discipline, and teamwork that now define his company’s culture. In July 2025, he made the decision to step away from emergency services to dedicate himself fully to the business — and to spend more time with his wife and four children.
Even as the owner, Bradley remains deeply involved in the field, working alongside his team and ensuring every project meets his high standards. While he continues to wear many hats, he’s gradually transitioning into a more administrative role, confidently entrusting his exceptional team to carry out the excavation company’s day-to-day operations and uphold the values that started it all.
